Enter the tower by climbing the ladder and breaking in through the vent. The terminal is on the bottom floor.
2. Submit a dropship request south of Canal
Interact with a terminal on the wall
3. Upload malware to the UESC dropship
The dropship will land nearby after calling it in. Climb on the dropship to upload the malware.
