In Outpost, acquire combat data drives from UESC Ghosts in Processing. Retrieve a UESC Data Bank from the Pinwheel Base, then deliver it to a DCON.

1. Acquire combat data from UESC Ghosts on Processing rooftop
Kill two ghosts on the rooftop of Processing.
2. Acquire UESC Data Bank from Pinwheel Base center
Get inside the pinwheel base. You'll need two access cards to open the doors. The data bank is in the center of the base.
3. Deliver UESC Data Bank to DCON
Find the DCON. They're marked on the map but they disappear so take note of where they are.
