a. The white shrink-wrapped drone can be found on a shelf outside around many other white shrink-wrapped drones
b. Follow the tunnels under station. You'll find the next two drones on shelves next to each other.
2. Loot munitions crates in OVERFLOW
Munitions crates are small red luggage sized loot boxes
3. Deliver Unstable Compounds to DCON in VALLEY
Unstable compounds can be found in the munitions crates in Overflow from the previous step. Deliver them to the DCON.
